It holds lots of completed sets for machining including Boring Machine BF130A,Planer Type Miller X2016,Heavy Lathe C60060,Vertical Lathe c5120c which to be used to manufacture machine stand,roller,big size box body and other extra machining work.20 lathes including common lathe,boring lathe,grinding lathe,sawing lathe,plane lathe can meet demand of machining for spare parts.Two sets of large scale well-like electrie resistance furnace and 4 sets of boxlike electric resistance furnace can make treatment of tempering and quenching for roller cover of 1000¡Á2000mm roller.4 sets of 75t(max lifting power)overhead cranes can meet demand of lifting and assembling,as well as,can complete the assembly work on the 8m¡Á18m larger platform.
Dependent on the completed machining equipments,strong capability,rich experience and mature Technology in cold rolling production,we developed new style and with marvelous performance six roller reversible cold rolling mill,which is leading runner in China,this rolling mill has many ways to control the exchange speed of working roller and middle roller,not stop working.
